Changes[edit | edit source]

  • Bugfixes and improvements in Command Prompt.
  • Cortana can now search the user's content in Office 365, as well as files in OneDrive for Business and SharePoint.
  • Improved battery life for systems with Connected Standby.

Bugs and quirks[edit | edit source]

  • Feedback Hub is not localized. As a result, regardless of language, Feedback Hub will be always in US English.
  • Feedback Hub takes about 20–30 minutes after updating to this build to download and fully install itself. If Feedback Hub is not fully installed, mini-survey notifications and search won't work correctly. Additionally, if Feedback Hub was opened from another app, Feedback will not open.
  • The Desktop App Converter Preview will not run on this build.
  • The Alt+Y keyboard shortcut for allowing in the updated UAC UI does not work.
  • Playing music in Groove Music within two minutes after login will result in playback errors with the error code 0xc10100ae.
  • Some square boxes in certain apps when using some of the new emojis may be shown.
  • After updating to this build, all of the installed extensions in Microsoft Edge will be removed.
  • In some localized versions of this build, the All apps list on the Start menu appears to be empty. A workaround is to use search to launch apps.
