Changes[edit | edit source]
- The taskbar music control icons have been updated.
- Taskbar options have been added to the Settings app.
- Improved universal app debugging support.
- This build introduces the Windows Defender Offline scan option, which allows Windows Defender to scan for malware outside the main operating system using Windows Recovery Environment. The button for it in Settings → Update & security → Windows Defender is non-funcional though.
Bugs[edit | edit source]
- Some PCs running this build can either freeze or crash with a blue screen of death when resuming from hibernation. The workaround on the affected PCs is to disable hibernation.
- Using the option "always show all icons in the notification area" will be glitch out the layout of the system tray.
- Microsoft Edge has issues with displaying charts because of a problem with the
D3.js
library. This results in affected areas either being positioned incorrectly or it being rendered as a black area instead. - Due to an OS reliability issue, some apps can randomly crash.
