Windows 10 Mobile build 11099 is a pre-release build of Windows 10 Mobile Anniversary Update, which was released to beta testers via the Windows Update servers as an update from Windows Phone 8.1, an existing version of Windows 10 Mobile, and as a delta for builds 11097 and 11098.[1] It is also available as two x86 emulator images in the multi-language and psuedo-locale configs. [2]
This build features no noticeable visual differences when compared to build 11098.
