Windows 10 Mobile build 11069 is a pre-release build of Windows 10 Mobile Anniversary Update, which was released to internal beta testers via the Windows Update servers as an update from Windows Phone 8.1 and an existing version of Windows 10 Mobile.[1] The released update packages can be installed via the iutool utility.
This build features no noticeable differences over build 10586, although it can be assumed that similarly to later released desktop counterpart builds, this build features various internal OneCore changes, which would lay down the groundwork for future changes done to the operating system.
