The Windows 1.0 Fall COMDEX build is a very early pre-release build of Windows 1.0, demonstrated on 29 November 1983 at Fall COMDEX 1983,[1] although an earlier demo was shown in BYTE Magazine the following month. Additionally, builds that are visually very similar to this COMDEX build have been featured in various computer magazine issues from November 1983 onwards.
Windows was also demonstrated by Wang,[2] Zenith Data Systems,[3] Honeywell,[4] and possibly by other OEMs as well, though it's unknown if these are the exact same build or not.
