Sure. Has it Milestone 3 references? No. Has it Plex theme or sidebar? Also no. We agreed with other members to put 3663 and 3670 as Pre-Milestone 3 builds and you can't change that. As for the exsitence, we agreed to leave it as unconfirmed. Techman(talk | contribs) 10:16, 7 May 2021 (GMT+2)

Okay, so it doesn't say it is a Milestone 3 build on the wallpaper. That's true, but it doesn't say it is not Milestone 3 either. Case in point, branding is not really representative of the development phase, since it has happened many times that builds included old branding for the previous phase, but already belonged to the following phase. Sure, it doesn't have Plex or Sidebar, but who are you to say that Milestone 3 builds must have both? There is UX.Unleaked, a site managed by a reputable community member who had contacts inside MS back in Longhorn days and had access to internal documents, claiming Milestone 3 was the first coding phase and that it started with build 3663. On the other side, there is a complete stranger who says it's not Milestone 3 because it doesn't say so on the wallpaper. And no, "we" haven't agreed, more like you edit warred your opinion in and other members tried to reach a compromise to stop the edit war. Also, there is nothing to "agree" about regarding 3663's confirmed status. Is there any absolute proof for it from Microsoft itself? No, there is not, therefore it's not confirmed. The Guidelines (which I highly advise you to read) give no room for discussion in this regard.
