Attempting to make Windows Classic to work in the 408x branch

LH 4074 doesn't like being upgraded to other builds. I tried to make the Windows Classic theme to work in Longhorn 408x builds by upgrading from build 4074 (by navigating to the root directory of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE_SYSTEM_CurrentControlSet\Control\Windows, and creating a DWORD 32-bit value, named it ComponentizedBuild, and set to 1 in Registry Editor), but it result in a file copying error. This will also make it impossible to use the Windows Classic Theme in all leaked Longhorn 408x builds. And however, on common Longhorn 408x builds, you can get the Windows Classic theme by pressing CTRL + SHIFT + ESC to initialize Task Manager and terminating regsrv32.exe as tested in build 4088. This trick would probably work on all publicly available 408x builds.
