Merge page with NT 4.0

Shell Update Preview builds of NT 3.51 change the reported version number to NT 4.0 and also include updated versions of ntoskernel and winlogon. Even though it doesnt include architectural changes, it should still be considered NT 4.0 builds, albeit in a seperate category. - Upseguest (talk) 20:58, 20 August 2023 (UTC)

...but they don't include updated versions of ntoskrnl and winlogon? Where did you see that it does? The reported version thing is a result of the same mechanism that makes 5111 report as 5.00. --Ryuzaki (talk | contribs) 21:02, 20 August 2023 (UTC)
