What it says is that the Sidebar from Longhorn was a part of Explorer, whereas the Sidebar from Vista is unrelated. It was trying to say that the Longhorn sidebar made it into Vista, but it wasn't anymore a part of Explorer. See? Tau Ceti (talk) 06:40, 23 October 2015 (BST)
