The "new" file sharing wizard is actually present at least since the late 4039.lab06_n compile. Moreover, the text "Whom do you want to share the folder(s) with?" on the Aero file sharing wizard does not contain a typo: "whom" is just formal for "who" in this case, since it goes with the preposition "with".
