Mac OS X Tiger build 8C64 is a minor update of Mac OS X Tiger released on 12 July 2005. This brought further bug fixes from the RTM build as well as 10.4.1. Minor incremental updates were pushed out featuring more bug fixes that did not bump the minor version number from July to October 2005. Also in October 2005, special builds of 10.4.2 for the iSight iMac G5 (build 8E102), the revision E Aluminum PowerBook G4 (build 8E45), and the late 2005 Dual and Quad Power Mac G5 (build 8E90) were shipped with those respective machines' initial manufacturing runs before all being replaced with the next minor update, 10.4.3 (build 8F46).
