Mac OS X Tiger build 8E102 is a special build of Mac OS X Tiger 10.4.2 released on 19 October 2005. This version of 10.4.2 adds support for PCI Express as this version was preinstalled on the first batch of Late 2005 Power Mac G5s (Dual and Quad), the first Macs to contain PCIe slots. It was only present on this model of Power Mac G5s manufactured prior to 1 November 2005, after which build 10.4.3 (build 8F46) came preinstalled instead.
