CD Disc Recording Peripherals[edit | edit source]
Support was expanded for QPS, EZQuest, LaCie, Yamaha, MCE Technologies and Sony devices.
Image Capture and iPhoto[edit | edit source]
Support was improved for several digital camera models from Canon, Kodak and Sony.
Graphics and OpenGL[edit | edit source]
- Support for DVD Playback on external VGA displays on the PowerBook G4 was added.
- PowerBook video mirroring is now on by default when connecting to a new display.
- Improvements for iTunes have been added when the full screen visualizer is used.
Networking and Security[edit | edit source]
- Login authentication support for LDAP and Active Directory services.
- OpenSSH was updated to version 3.0.2p1.
- WebDAV support for Digest authentication was added.
- Mail now includes support for SSL encryption.
