Mac OS X Leopard build 9A410 is a beta build of Mac OS X Leopard. It is the second DVD-based beta build of Leopard distributed by Apple, which was given out during NAB 2007. The intention of this release was to allow developers to test the new unified UI changes before shipping updated applications.
New features and changes[edit | edit source]
- Window decorations system-wide have been updated to the iTunes-like style that would be used in the final release.
- The Downloads folder is now included in the user's Home folder.
- Quick Look has been added into Finder.
- Photo Booth can now take 4-shot captures.
- Safari 3 now has a dedicated toolbar option for creating WebClips.
Bugs and quirks[edit | edit source]
- The billboards during the copying files portion of setup aren't displayed.
- Photo Booth effects are broken in this build.
- Minor visual bugs are present in iCal.
- The included Retro and Security screen savers don't work properly.
- In the server version of this build, Terminal at opening will state the last login as 31 December 1969.
