New features and changes[edit | edit source]

  • Dictionary searches can now be performed through Spotlight.
  • File Recovery has been added to Disk Utility.

Bugs and quirks[edit | edit source]

Installation[edit | edit source]

  • Disable every optional installation package (Additional Print Drivers, Additional Languages, Additional Fonts, and X11) before installation or installation can fail near the end due to being unable to copy the files of these optional components.
  • On QEMU, setup will state that the installation failed at the end of installation due to being unable to set the hard drive as bootable starting from this build. At the error screen, go to the Utilities menu on the menu bar, select Startup Disk, choose the hard drive, and select Restart.
