Mac OS 8.7a6c2 is an early build of Mac OS 9. This build was first shown on the Apple WWDC in 1999 and resurfaced to BetaArchive on 12 December 2009. This build is branded as Mac OS 8.7, codenamed Sarah, and was originally intended to be an update build to Mac OS 8.6. This build includes several new Control Panel applets compared to Mac OS 8.6 and renames the "Special" menu to "Sarah".
