macOS Sequoia build 24A5309e is the official Beta 5 and Public Beta 3 release of macOS Sequoia, which was released to Apple developers on 5 August 2024, then to public beta testers on the next day.[1][2]
New features and changes[edit | edit source]
- Distraction Control has been added to Safari, which allows users to hide distracting elements (such as pop-ups) from articles and web pages.[3]
- The "Sequoia Sunrise" animated wallpaper has been added, which is automatically applied upon upgrading to this build.[4] In this build, it can not be set manually from System Settings.
