iOS 10.3.4 build 14G61 is the official RTM build of iOS 10.3.4, which was released to the public on 22 July 2019.[1] It is only available for the iPhone 5 and iPad 4 Cellular, as this build fixes an issue which affects GPS location performance and could cause system date and time to be incorrect.

iPhone 5 owners were required to update to this build before 3 November 2019, as key functions like the App Store would become broken.[2]
