iOS 10.0.1 build 14A403 is the official RTM build of iOS 10.0.1, which was released to the public on 13 September 2016.[1] Prior to that, it was released six days earlier as the official Golden Master build to Apple developers, then to public beta testers on the next day.[2][3]

Fixes and improvements[edit | edit source]

  • Fixed a bug that sent devices into recovery mode after updating from a previous version of iOS.
  • Patched an existing vulnerability with the Kernel (CVE-2016-4655).
