IBM PC-DOS 6.00 is a beta build of PC-DOS. Originally intended to be released to manufacturing, IBM decided to release PC-DOS 6.10 instead to avoid confusion with MS-DOS 6.00. It also still bears IBM DOS branding unlike PC-DOS 6.10.
