Windows ME build 2358 is the third Developer Release of Windows ME. This build was first mentioned in the article "The Road to Gold: The development of Windows Me" at Paul Thurrott's SuperSite for Windows. According to Thurrott, he stated that the build was released a week after DR2 was released. There are three screenshots that could be this build, but as the screenshots have no build information, this cannot be confirmed.
This build was found and leaked to BetaArchive on 2019-03-20. An early version of Help and Support, also known as Help Center in this build, is included. The Help Center also contains a reference to Activity Centers in the new features. This build contains two files from Windows Neptune.
