Windows Server build 19603 is a Windows Server Insider Preview build released on 14 April 2020. It is the first Server build to be released after an almost three month gap since build 19551.

New boot animation[edit | edit source]
This build introduces the new boot spinner used by default in Windows 10X build 20279.[1] It can be enabled by merging the following to the registry and then rebooting:

It is activated by default starting with Windows Server build 22463.
