Windows Server 2003 build 3790.1421 is a Service Pack 1 beta build of Windows Server 2003. The x86 architecture version of which was supposedly uploaded to BetaWorld on 28 October 2021.[1] This build is currently available only in the x64 architecture.

It includes the Windows Server Post-Setup Security Updates on first boot that closes incoming connections to the server when the window is open to allow server updating.
