Windows Server 2003 build 3790.1421 is a Service Pack 1 beta build of Windows Server 2003, which was previously publicly available only in the x64 architecture until the x86 version in the form of a service pack installer was uploaded to Chinese community BetaWorld on 28 October 2021[1], and later shared on 27 October 2024.

It includes the Windows Server Post-Setup Security Updates on first boot that closes incoming connections to the server when the window is open to allow server updating.
