Windows Phone 8 build 9900 is the first RTM Escrow build of Windows Phone 8, which was released to the Windows Update servers as a delta for build 9841.[1] Later, this build was released to partners as an Emulator and SDK combo and was publicly leaked on 21 September 2012, although the links to download it were then lost. It was also then shown off on a Windows Central video on 25 September 2012.[2]
This build was then later reuploaded on 11 April 2015 as a Lumia 820 Engineering FFU file.[3]
