Windows Phone 8 build 9698 is an unconfirmed Developer Preview build of Windows Phone 8, which was supposedly uploaded to the Chinese website BetaWorld on 8 August 2023.[1] It was claimed to be found on a Nokia Alpha prototype (Engineering Board version 1.13).
