Windows Me build 2399 is a build of Windows Me, which was mentioned in the file BRREADME.TXT
from later builds, as well as in the build timeline of Paul Thurrott's article "The Road to Gold: The development of Windows Me".[1] The latter source states it was released to testers on 22 October 1999.
According to BRREADME.TXT
, the Help Center was renamed to Help and Support. The number of parameters for the RecordIncident function has also changed from two to four.
