Windows Me build 2399 is a build of Windows Me, which was mentioned in the file BRREADME.TXT from later builds, as well as in the build timeline of Paul Thurrott's article "The Road to Gold: The development of Windows Me".[1] The latter source states this build was released to testers on 22 October 1999.

According to BRREADME.TXT, the Help Center was renamed to Help and Support in this build. The number of paramaters for the RecordIncident function has also changed from two to four.
