Windows 95 build 950 r-4 is a pre-RTM build of Windows 95. It is mentioned in an internal Microsoft e-mail from 10 August 1995.[1] The Japanese copy of its PC-98 release was later shared on the BetaWorld website on 6 January 2024.[2]
