Windows 95 build 428 is a build of Windows 95. A burnlab CD containing this build was uploaded to the Internet Archive on 14 April 2024.[1] Prior to it being available, screenshots of this build were shared on 13 February 2024.

The shutdown screens have now been finalized, bearing a resemblance to what is seen in the final release. However, it is slightly different, utilizing the Franklin Gothic font instead.
