Windows 95 build 420 is a Beta 3 build of Windows 95, which was uploaded to BetaArchive on 25 August 2015.
It switches back to the "Final Beta Release" branding and also includes a batch script to create floppy installation media. The shutdown screen also has a small modification to correct the ratio of the text that says "Please wait while your computer is shutting down...".
This build is also the first to require being upgraded from an older build. While builds 314 through 405 had an upgrade check, they allowed the user to perform a clean install anyway, but this build removes that ability and requires either a previous operating system or the installation diskette of the previous operating system in order to install.
