Windows 95 build 1163 is the Release Candidate 1 build of the USB Supplement to Windows 95 OSR2 (also released as Windows 95 OSR2.1).[1] It is only available as an update to OSR2 in the form of USBSUPP.EXE, and it is unknown if a full build was ever made.
This build now identifies itself as "4.00.950 B" in the system properties, just like OSR2 and the final release of OSR2.1.

Detroit RC1 installs on top of Windows 95 OEMSR2 and brings
the build level up to 1163. Detroit adds Universal Serial
Bus (USB) and Windows Driver Model (WDM) functionality to
Win95, allowing developers to write common drivers for both
Win95 and NT.
To install Detroit, unzip the file and run USBSUPP.EXE in a
temp directory.
Also look for the Detroit USB Driver Development Kit Release
Candidate 1 to be released by Masque later today.
