Windows 7 build 6965 is a build of Windows 7. Screenshots of this build were found in the Windows Demo Toolkit Foundation Suite.[1][2]
The x64 and x86 checked variant in the Arabic (Saudi Arabia), English and pseudo-localization languages are all known to exist and are all mentioned in the document mix.txt
within a GitHub repository,[3] along with build 6961 and 7003.
Footage from this build can be seen in a Microsoft video demonstrating the UI enhancements and new features introduced with Windows 7 and its official Beta release.[4]
