Windows 2000 build 2190 is a pre-RTM build of Windows 2000. The Advanced Server SKU of which was uploaded to the Internet Archive on 24 January 2021. There are code changes in the kernel between this build and the RTM; the .text section has differences relating to code being added or removed, and the PE timestamps and the file modified dates inside the CABs are consistent.
