Windows 11 build 21990 is an unleaked build of Windows 11. A screenshot of this build was initially posted on the "Inside Windows" Telegram by Zac Bowden,[1] showing the search bar with "Windows Security" highlighted as an option; the screenshot originated from a video that was uploaded to Microsoft servers on 22 December 2021 and later found online.[2] The watermark suggests that the build is production-signed and lacks a timebomb in its product policies. It's the first known build from the co_release branch to feature the new Windows 11 user experience.
This build was also mentioned along with build 22117 in a Feedback Hub guide video posted by the Windows Insider Program channel on YouTube.[3]
