Windows 10 build 21362 is a build of Cobalt, the 21H2 development semester of Windows as a service. Several issue related to this build were posted to GitHub by different Microsoft employees in April and June 2021.[1][2] It was also showcased in the session "What's new in Windows 10 for ALL developers" at the Microsoft Build 2021 digital event.[3]
