Windows 10 build 21317 is an unconfirmed build of Cobalt, the 21H2 development semester of Windows as a service, which was mentioned in an infographic about the development of Windows 11 posted on Twitter by Albacore as being the earliest known build of Cobalt to be compiled in the co_release branch, created around 15 February 2021.^[1]
