Windows 10 build 21242 is the earliest build of Cobalt, the 21H2 development semester of Windows as a service. An issue related to this build was posted to GitHub by a Microsoft employee on 23 October 2020.[1] It was mentioned a Feedback Hub quest relating to typing East Asian languages.[2]
