Windows 10 build 15061 is the twenty-seventh and final Insider Preview build of Windows 10 Creators Update. This build was released to Windows Insiders in the Fast Ring on 17 March 2017.

- Various bug fixes and improvements, which are detailed in the release announcement.
Bugs[edit | edit source]
- Additional language packs can't be downloaded in this build.
- If this build fails to install on reboot with the error 8024a112, reboot the machine. If it appears to hang during the reboot, turn the computer off and back on and installation will proceed.
- Some apps and games can crash due to a misconfiguration of an advertising ID if an account was created in build 15031. To fix this bug, open Registry Editor, navigate to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\AdvertisingInfo
and delete theAdvertisingInfo
key. - The restart reminder dialog doesn't pop up to see if a restart is required after downloading an update. Navigate to Settings -> Update & security -> Windows Update and check to see if a restart is required.
- Microsoft Edge can randomly become unstable and it can freeze for no reason. Restart the browser if this happens.
