Windows 10 build 14971.1000 (rs_shell_vtextinput) is an unconfirmed build of Windows 10 Creators Update, which was supposedly uploaded to the Chinese website BetaWorld on 27 December 2022.[1] According to the information on the BetaWorld Wiki, the Settings app was updated in this build (storage usage became available), and the Simplified Chinese input method was also updated (namely, the ability to export a thesaurus for self-study and support for Chinese continuous handwriting was added).
