Windows 10 Mobile build 15254.1 is an Insider Preview build of Windows 10 Mobile Fall Creators Update, which was released to Windows Insiders in the Fast and Slow rings on 11 October 2017.[1] This build was also released to the Universal Update Platform (UUP) server as an update from an existing version of Windows 10 Mobile and as a delta for builds 15063.297, 15063.540, 15063.608, 15063.674, 15244.1004, 15252.0 and 15252.1000. This build is also available as an installable emulator image.[2]
This build includes all the same fixes from Build 15252 and also includes all the improvements from KB4041676.
