Windows 10 Mobile build 14332.1001 is an Insider Preview build of Windows 10 Mobile. It was released to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring on 26 April 2016.[1] This build can be downloaded and installed from Microsoft.[2]
What’s fixed[edit | edit source]
- The share UI for Cortana Reminders has been made improvements.
- An issue is fixed where a press and hold on the Camera Quick Action in Action Center wouldn’t do anything.
- An issue is fixed where resulting in the Lumia 435, 532, 535 and 540 being unable to take photos with the Camera app.
- An issue is fixed where typed text would be invisible in Cortana when the OS was set to light mode under Settings > Personalization > Colors.
- An issue is fixed with the Italian keyboard where certain words would get auto-capitalized after a comma (acting as it would if it was a period instead).
- Improved the performance of opening Settings > Update & security > For developers.
- An issue is fixed where Cyrillic characters would be lowercase in list headers (for example, in the All apps list).
- An issue is fixed where pulling users headphones out to answer a call would result in the music playing out loud once the call had ended.
- For phones that support adjusting the brightness automatically, this setting will now be enabled by default after a restore or hard reset.
- Users can now set the time for how long it should be for Windows to require them to sign in again via Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options with Windows Hello set up.
- An issue is fixed that blocked users from renaming their devices.
- An issue is fixed the Lock screen quick status numbers might appear drawn under the navigation bar.
Known issues[edit | edit source]
- Speech Packs are unable to be downloaded.
- Feedback Hub is not localized and the UI will be in English (U.S.) only even with language packs installed.
- When users navigate to their camera roll directly from the Camera app, it may crash.
- Users may receive 0x8004C029 errors when attempting to play Groove Music Pass (DRM) content in Groove Music.
- Users may encounter “Can’t Play – Another app is controlling their sound right now. 0xc00d4e85” errors when attempting to play Groove Music Pass (DRM) content in Groove Music.
- If users have previously played DRM-protected content from services like Groove Music, Movies & TV, Netflix, Amazon Instant Video or Hulu, after updating to this build they might no longer be able to playback content from those services – they will instead receive error DRM_E_INVALID_SECURESTORE_PASSWORD(0x8004C029) or DRM_E_DOMAIN_STORE_GET_DATA(0x8004C503).
- Users may see square boxes in certain apps when using some of the new emoji.
- There is a bug which is being investigated that prevents some apps such as Tweetium from launching.
- User's phone will lock up and reboot when it receives a notification from an app that has “Keep notifications private on the lock screen” turned on under Settings > System > Notifications & actions.
- The Settings app may crash when users are re-arranging Quick Actions under Settings > System > Notification & actions.
- Due to decreased usage, the built-in FM Radio app has been removed in the recent builds of Windows 10 Mobile rom Development Branch.
- For users with some non-English keyboards, when typing into the address bar of the Edge browser, users will not be able to enter the following letters: w, y, a.
