Why does this page say this build is production signed?

Because the build is signed by a certificate chaining back to the Windows production sub-CA, Microsoft Windows Production PCA 2011. This certificate is in EFI_IMAGE_SECURITY_DATABASE in every Windows system that supports UEFI Secure Boot, so can be booted with Secure Boot enabled. 89.241.109.169 19:17, 30 June 2022 (UTC)
