The sticker editor

When you go to the Default Apps page, even with stickers disabled, you will see an app that looks like the sticker engine. Should we add it to the page?

EDIT: It has the protocol set as ms-stickereditor, which is maybe the sticker editor. But when you enter it to Run, it shows nothing but an error from Run. I think it only works when:

"EnableStickers"=dword:00000001
