openSUSE Tumbleweed
openSUSE Tumbleweed is a rolling distribution version of openSUSE. It updates and receives new software daily, and includes a snapshot function which allows users to revert to a previous system state. It is a tested rolling release, which increases stability dramatically.
The Factory project is the rolling development codebase for openSUSE Tumbleweed. The core system packages receive automated testing via openQA. When automated testing is completed and the repo is in a consistent state, the repo is synced to the download mirrors and published as openSUSE Tumbleweed. It usually happens several times a week.
