OS/2 2.00 build 6F.167 is a beta build of OS/2 2.0, which was distributed in October 1991 at the Fall Comdex.[1] This build is often referred to as the "Limited Availability" release of OS/2 2.0; however, the actual release is build 6H.177.

  • This build replaces the Presentation Manager with the new object-oriented Workplace Shell that resembles Windows 3.1x.
  • This is the first build to include a graphical boot screen, though it is different than the final one.
