OS/2 2.00 build 6.43 is the earliest known build of OS/2 2.0. According to Michal Nečásek, the author of the OS/2 Museum blog, it was distributed as a part of the OS/2 2.0 SDK Pre-Release 1.[1]

An image of the build running Microsoft Flight Simulator was shown in the 29 May 1990 issue of PC Magazine.[2]
