Microsoft Bob build 1116 is a Beta 1 build of Microsoft Bob, back then codenamed "Utopia Home". It includes Household Manager, Financial Guide, Checkbook, Letter Writer, Calendar, Address Book, Email, and GeoSafari, alongside the Family Room, the Study, the Safe, and the Mousehole as the available public rooms. This build predates the Comic Sans MS font and instead uses the Times New Roman font.
Bugs and quirks[edit | edit source]
- GeoSafari crashes upon exiting.
- It is possible to open the Bob applications without having the Home application open at the same time.
- Most of the graphics will appear corrupted if Microsoft Bob is loaded on 16-bit high color display or better. Use 256 color display for best results.
