Mac System Software 6.0.1 is a version of Mac System Software 6.x released in 19 September 1988. Distribution was halted two weeks later due to several bugs being found in this build, and it was then replaced with System 6.0.2. It is the first version of Mac System Software 6.x to support Macintosh IIx.
