Mac OS X Jaguar build 6R73 is a build of Mac OS X Jaguar 10.2.8, which was released on 3 October 2003. It is the last version of Mac OS X Jaguar. It is also the last version of Mac OS X to have Internet Explorer as the default web browser and to support Macs without built-in USB, such as the Beige Power Macintosh G3 lineup (MiniTower, Desktop, All-in-One) and the PowerBook G3 series (Wallstreet).
This update includes an updated ethernet driver for 450MHz and 500MHz dual processor Power Mac G4 desktop systems and an update to the battery status menu.
