Mac OS X Cheetah build 1W2 is a Server beta build of Mac OS X Cheetah. It uses Mac OS X 10.0.1 build 4L8 as the base. Most of the setup is complete and resemblant to the final build.

- The Terminal is no longer pinned to the toolbar.
- The About This Mac now displays the version alongside the build.

The logo might be missing.
OOBE[edit | edit source]
OOBE may freeze at about a little over halfway through the loading bar at the end. If this happens, you need to go to the Apple menu, open System Preferences, open help, open Terminal, then run touch /var/db/.AppleSetupDone.
