Mac OS X Cheetah build 1W2 is a Server beta build of Mac OS X Cheetah. It uses Mac OS X 10.0.1 build 4L8 as the base. Most of the setup is complete and resemblant to the final build.

- The Terminal is no longer pinned to the toolbar.
- The About This Mac now displays the version alongside the build.

The logo might be missing.
OOBE[edit | edit source]
OOBE may freeze at about a little over halfway through the loading bar at the end. If this happens, go to the Apple menu, open System Preferences, open help, open Terminal, then run touch /var/db/.AppleSetupDone.
