System 7.1b7 is the official Beta 7 release of System 7.1. In the American English, British English, Dutch, Finnish, and Turkish versions of this release, the "Special" menu has been renamed to "Shuswap"; in every post-System 6 Classic Mac OS beta, Apple renamed the menu to a unique word beginning with S, presumably to allow easy identification of whether the running OS was a beta. It was renamed back to "Special" in the RTM.
